Treatment Services Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to the cost of the treatment.
 

Late Arrivals, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

1. Late Arrivals:

   • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled.

   • For package holders, one session will be deducted from your package. If it is a single treatment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

   • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. No-Shows:

   • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in cancellation, forfeiture of your deposit, and for package holders, one session will be deducted from your package.
